Each facilitator is a KA Energy Healer meaning they've also completed the 12 weeks Energy Healing certification knowing how to create sacred space and contain it for only the highest good to be channeled.
Labyrinth
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness. The imagery of the circle and spiral combine into a meandering but purposeful journey. The Labyrinth represents a journey or path to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools.
Sound Healing
Everything in the universe is made up of sound. Our thoughts, emotions, cells and organs all vibrate with a certain frequency.
When the vibrations throughout your body and mind are in harmony, you will experience joy and health. When they are out of tune you are more prone to disease, illness, and blockages on your path.

This experience can offer deep healing on a cellular level, opening up the energy centers, cleansing negative energy and emotions, breaking old, unwanted patterns of behavior and subconscious fears and resetting the physical, emotional and mental body into perfect peace and harmony.
Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement and type of dance form that has been around since ancient times. In shamanism combined with rhythmic drumming is a spiritual practice intended to alter states of consciousness.
The idea of ecstatic dance is to completely lend yourself and your body to the rhythm of the music.
In ecstatic dance, you move freely through the space leading to a state of trance and ecstasy (hence the name ecstatic). In trance, many dancers find that ecstatic dance brings them into a deep meditative state.
In ecstatic dance, one is fully and devotedly in the body and therefore also fully in the present moment.

Dancers experience bliss and happiness, feeling extremely therapeutic, healing trauma, old wounds and limiting beliefs on a physical level.

Rose Ceremony
Everyone will receive a ROSE that will be offered to the Spirit of the Ocean during SUNSET.

Or you may keep it to take back to your altar after it has been charged by the high energy of the beach retreat out in nature.

Roses have been part of the documented historical record for over 5,000 years and fossils indicate they have been on this earth at least 35 million years.

In ancient Greece, the rose is associated with the Goddess Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty, and pleasure.
